Q: What are my shipping options and how long will it take?

A: Shipping is calculated by weight automatically and will be displayed before checking out. You can choose between USPS Priority Mail which takes up to 3 days from shipping or UPS Next Day Air. We ship Monday through Friday during normal business operating hours.

Q: How effective is Poo~Pourri?

A: While our concept has humor, Poo~Pourri is serious business (no pun intended). Our product acts as a powerful odor neutralizer and has been tested by many people for years with an overwhelmingly positive response.

A: Ironically this is the most commonly asked question by women. And the answer is extremely likely! Q: Can Poo~Pourri be used to help fight pet odors?

Q: Why do you have to shake it?

A: Poo~Pourri bathroom fresheners are made of all natural odor eliminators and essential oils. In order to keep it this way you have to shake to mix the ingredients. We thought this was better than adding harmful chemicals.

Q: What about the gas that escapes?

A: While the product works great at eliminating bathroom odors, it is designed to trap and neutralize odors IN the toilet. If you experience residual smells due to gas, we suggest you spray Poo~Pourri lightly in the air after using the restroom. Be careful, oil overspray may cause slippery surfaces or damage to materials.

Q: What about floating waste matter?

A: By the way, this is the most commonly asked question by guys (go figure). Yes, it works great on floaters because as they penetrate the film they are coated. When they surface they are encapsulated with Poo~Pourri eliminating potential bathroom odors. No need to worry.

Q: Will the bathroom deodorizer spray leave a residue on my toilet

A: That has not been our experience! Because of the emulsifying agent in the Poo~Pourri and the agitating motion of the water that comes from flushing most if not all the bathroom deodorizer spray ends up being flushed; Therefore not leaving a residue behind.

Q: Is it save to the toilet, pipes or septic system?

A: Poo~Pourri contains only natural odor eliminators and essential oils commonly found in other bath products and should have no more effect to any part of your waste water system than using a natural shampoo or conditioner in your shower.

Q: Is it safe for children?

A: We advise use by a parent prior to children using the restroom. Do not allow the child to ingest the product, nor put on skin or in eyes. To be safe, we recommend keeping away from all children.

Q: What happens if Poo~Pourri is ingested?
